Welcome to droply. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement governing the use of our application and associated services.

1. Using droply

The application is provided exclusively for personal, non-commercial utilization. Users may access the service either through anonymous authentication or by establishing a registered account using a valid email address. By accessing or using the application, you explicitly agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Your Account

Upon creation of a registered account, you assume full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your authentication credentials. This responsibility extends to all activities conducted under your account credentials, whether authorized by you or not. You are required to promptly notify droply of any unauthorized access or security breaches related to your account. Account termination and associated data deletion can be initiated through the application's account settings interface.

3. Community Guidelines

droply operates as a community-driven platform where content quality and user safety are paramount. We maintain strict prohibitions against content that could be deemed offensive, discriminatory, or harmful to our community. This includes, but is not limited to, hate speech, threats, harassment, or content that targets individuals or groups. External communications such as hyperlinks, email addresses, or telephone numbers are automatically filtered from comments to maintain platform integrity. Content promoting illegal activities, spam, or explicit material is strictly prohibited.

Violations of these guidelines trigger a systematic enforcement process, beginning with content removal and formal warning issuance. Persistent violations may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

4. Your Content

By submitting comments or uploading images to the platform, you affirm and warrant that you possess all necessary rights and permissions for such content. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons visible in any uploaded images have provided their consent for their depiction and distribution. While you retain intellectual property rights to your submitted content, you grant droply a limited license to display and distribute it within the platform.

Additionally, by uploading images, you grant droply a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your images for marketing and promotional purposes. If you wish to revoke this permission, you may do so at any time by contacting us.

Content removal rights remain at your discretion through the user interface. Any external or marketing usage beyond the granted license requires explicit prior consent from the content owner.
