Our story

The idea for droply was born while hiking through the desert in New Mexico, along the Continental Divide Trail. Out there, finding reliable water sources was a challenge, and we quickly realized how valuable it would be to share up-to-date water information with others.

That’s why we created droply – a platform where hikers, travelers, and anyone on the go can discover, share, and update water sources worldwide.

Our vision

droply aims to be a platform where people around the world can share the location and quality of water sources, support each other with comments and photos, and create a global community for access to drinking water.
